Vulnerably Evolving
Vulnerably Evolving sprouted its roots in April 2023, created by Lotus Tsang during her third year of university. A year prior, Lotus faced the end of a four-year relationship, catalyzing her journey of self-healing and rediscovery. Like a lotus flower emerging from murky waters, she embarked on a path of growth, laying the groundwork for Vulnerably Evolving to bloom.
Vulnerably Evolving isn't just a podcast; it's a collaborative effort in partnership with the Mindful Initiative for Students, aimed at providing accessible content and workshops on personal development and mental health. Broadcasted to 55,000 students across OCADU, NSCAD University, Concordia University, and Wilson School of Design. Lotus, recognizes the challenges of transitional shifts, starting with vulnerable and open-minded conversations. She created this platform as a space to discuss topics such as mental health transparency, mindfulness, and personal growth.
Guests from Lotus's journey encompass acupuncturists, face yoga practitioners, art therapists, nutritionists, sound therapists, and others. Vulnerably Evolving offers a rich tapestry of perspectives and insights to its audience. Through open and honest conversations, Lotus and her guests strive to inspire listeners on their own journeys of self-discovery and growth.
